Setting the MIDI ports

I haven’t been able to find a fix for this issue. The plugin will not let me set the MIDI ports for Logic Pro. It takes 2 tries to select the out port, but then it resets both after selecting the in port (and vice versa). I’m on a brand new Mac Studio setting it up per the guide here: https://trevligaspel.se/streamdeck/midi/index.php/miscellaneous/faq-troubleshooting

I tried using the Global Settings but they kept resetting there as well.

Is there a fix for this?

Use the latest beta version.

How? I don’t see any instructions on how to install a beta.

Download the latest beta download link published in the Beta 4.3 thread and install it.

Or you can try this:

  • Create a new profile and add a single Generic Midi button.
  • Restart the StreamDeck software with that profile active.
  • This should resolve the problem.
